Attorney Sam Mansoor’s passion is helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve peace of mind by developing and implementing creative, customized, and cost-effective estate plans.
Many busily move through their lives without much consideration of the future until a medical emergency or life-threatening situation threatens them or a loved one. These triggering events cause them to reevaluate their lives and question how well they have provided for their families should the worst happen. Mr. Mansoor has been in those same shoes.
In 2018 he was forced to undergo an emergency triple bypass, uncertain of whether he would live to see his family again. He understands the anxiety and worry that accompanies life-changing incidents. Being married with three children and seeing his parents enter their sunset years give him additional perspective. He meets with many individuals and families who have had their own lives abruptly changed. The birth of a child, the death of a friend, or their own medical emergency prompts them to take action. They want to provide some peace of mind for themselves and their loved ones. Mr. Mansoor’s life experience enables him to work with every client with compassion and understanding.
As part of his goal-oriented estate planning process, he first seeks to understand your goals and needs. Mr. Mansoor’s advice focuses on how your estate planning documents advance your goals. He uses plain English and easy-to-understand visual aids so you know exactly what to do to ensure your plan works the way you intend. His personal mission is to make estate planning as accessible, efficient, and streamlined as possible so that individuals, families, and business owners are motivated to express their estate planning goals. Families and business partners should not have to deal with the disastrous fallout from a lack of planning.
Mr. Mansoor received his undergraduate degree from College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina, and his JD from Western Michigan University Cooley School of Law in 2008. He has been licensed to practice law in Virginia since 2009. Mr. Mansoor currently lives in Leesburg, Virginia, with his wife and three children. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and kids, playing golf, and traveling.
